Can I travel whilst pregnant?
Brittany Ferries cannot accept women 32 weeks pregnant or more at time of travel. For travel on fast craft sailings Brittany Ferries do not accept women over 28 weeks pregnant.
Can I take my pets?
Pets are accepted on all sailings. They are kept in vehicles on ventilated decks or in special designated areas.
Can I park my car at the port?
Parking is available at Poole, Portsmouth and Plymouth ferry ports at an extra charge.
Is my ticket re-fundable?
All promotional fares are non-refundable. Standard tickets are refundable but cancellation fees apply. Cancellation fees can be as high as 75% of the purchase price of the ticket.
Am I able to amend my ticket dates?
Most tickets are amendable with an administration charge and any changes in sailing tariff. Ensure you check the terms and condition of purchase.
Can I take a van?
Commercial vehicles are subject to special commercial rates.
If travelling for non-commercial purposes a discount may be arranged although the vehicle may be inspected at cheakin and additional charges applied payable by the driver prior to boarding
